7 Days Around Guatemala
This is a great tour on the country roads of Central America. You will see all the best attractions (Lake Atitlan, Tikal, Semuc Champey) and some lesser known places. You will ride through the most beautiful scenery Central America has to offer. The ride is 80% on pavement and 20% on dirt roads.
Lake Atitlan is one of the most beautiful natural wonders of Guatemala. We ride scenic curvy roads through the countryside and spend a night in the fun lake town of Panajachel. This ride is a good mix of both pavement and dirt and will take about 5 hours to the lake (accommodation is included in the price).
The Village Tour is a great way to visit the lesser known villages around Antigua.
We start by visiting the local indigenous market of Santa Maria de Jesus at the base of Volcan de Agua (12,325 feet)! Second we see how artesanal chocolate is made in San Juan del Obispo. Afterwards we make a stop in San Miguel Duenas to see the transformation of a U.S. school bus into a famous Chicken Bus!
El Paredón Beach
El Paredón Beach is the perfect place to lay low and chill-out. We ride to a popular beach resort and spend a night on the coast (accommodation included in price).
This is a road ride that passes through Escuintla – on a clear day you will see 5 volcanoes before getting to the beach.
Awesome Ride! 85% dirt roads which cross 12+ streams and rivers. You will really be off the beaten path!
We ride around Volcan de Fuego and Volcan Acatenango. We travel down to 1,000 feet of elevation, and up over 8,000 feet. You’ll ride through a rubber tree and sugar cane plantation, and carve through the mountainside.
